We seek to worship Him through our daily lives

The elementary students at Strong Rock meet in our puppet theater every Tuesday morning for chapel time.  This is a non-denominational time of worship that is specifically designed to meet the attention span of elementary students. Students, teachers and administrators come together in this warm and fun atmosphere to experience worshiping God through music and studying God’s word.

Our highly trained staff use a variety of resources in our chapel time including puppets, short video clips, interactive games, student led worship, skits, songs with hand motions, praise music, and Power Points.  Special guest speakers and musicians from churches in our community often are invited in to share God’s word.  Another important aspect of chapel is that students learn to speak to God through prayer-time. By learning to seek God in our daily living, our school seeks to glorify God and impact our world for Jesus Christ – the Strong Rock.

Once a month our puppets perform a skit in our puppet theater tree.  This is always a special treat for our students.  The puppet skits are written especially to go along with our chapel themes that we are covering.
